• The literature review: what is it? why do I need one? how do I do it?
• RefWorks – both basic and advanced
• An introduction to NVivo: qualitative data analysis software

We also offer a 1-to-1 Learning Development service, where you can drop in for individual help and advice with your research, referencing and writing skills.  We’re available Monday – Friday in the Learning Development Room on the ground floor of the Library:
